Advanced Course

In this course, we'll take you to the next level of mastery of Behavioural Design. You'll be working on building your success case while learning how to set up and lead Behavioural Design projects in your organisation or team.

Ready to take your influence to the next level?

“I want to move from solving challenges to leading change.”

You’ve mastered the basics of behavioural design and you’re already applying it in your work. But you feel the potential goes further. You’re ready to take on bigger behavioural challenges, lead complex projects, and embed the method more deeply — not just use it when it’s convenient.

“I’m seen as the behaviour person — but I want to feel like one too.”

Colleagues come to you for advice on behaviour, strategy, or communication. You want to step up with confidence and offer more than ad-hoc input. You’re looking for a structured, expert-level process to guide others, experiment smartly, and design change that scales.

“I want to grow — but I don’t want to do it alone.”

You’re committed to developing yourself, but self-study has limits. In this course, you work alongside like-minded professionals, receive 1:1 coaching, and test your own behavioural solution — supported by experts at every step.

The SUE Learning Experience

Learn

In sharp, energising masterclasses, you’ll gain the key foundations of behavioural psychology and influence. You’ll get ready-to-use models, insights, and tools to better understand and guide behaviour.

Internalise

After the training, you become a member of the exclusive SUE | Behavioural Design Club. Through webinars, Q&As, hackathons and networking events, you keep learning, get support applying the method, and grow alongside a like-minded community.

Try

Each piece of theory is immediately followed by a hands-on work session. You’ll apply what you’ve learned to a real behavioural challenge using practical templates and cheat cards you can keep using after the training.

Optimise

You’ll develop and test different approaches, sharpen your ideas, and get expert feedback. This is where you turn theory into interventions that actually work in practice.

The Program Breakdown

How is the Advanced Course structured?

The course runs over three months, including five in-person training days in Amsterdam and three 30-minute virtual coaching sessions. This allows time for reflection, fieldwork, and deep learning — without disrupting your schedule.

How much time should I expect to invest outside the training days?

You’ll need time for homework assignments, interviews, and prototyping between sessions — roughly 4–6 hours per week. We’ve built in space between modules so you can manage this alongside your job.

Do I have to bring my own project or case?

Yes — and that’s what makes the course powerful. You’ll work on a real behavioural challenge from your own work context. We’ll guide you through every step: from setting the scope to testing interventions.

What do I walk away with at the end?

You’ll complete your first Behavioural Design Sprint, present a validated solution, and become a certified Behavioural Designer. You’ll also gain advanced tools, new confidence — and access to an exclusive alumni network.
