Team Training

Are you looking for inspiration, training, or facilitation for a strategy day? Discover how Behavioural Design Academy can help your teams become better at guiding choices and behaviour.

When smart teams hit invisible walls

“Our people know what to do — but something still blocks action.”

You’ve got experienced professionals. Strong ideas. Clear strategies. But something doesn’t stick. Engagement is low, behaviour doesn’t shift, and outcomes fall short. What if it’s not the plan — but the psychology behind it?

“We need our team to influence better — across roles and silos.”

From consultants to policy teams, from product to leadership — everyone is expected to move others. But influence is a skill most never get trained in. That gap shows up in resistance, rework, and missed opportunities.

“We’re missing a shared language and method.”

Everyone works differently. This training gives teams a repeatable, practical framework they can use together — so collaboration gets faster, and decisions more effective.
